The Cornish School is currently soliciting proposals for two projects. The first project is to replace 12 windows in the school library. The second project, phase one of three, is the replacement of gym siding on the designated side for phase one. We are interested in proposals that meet the criteria set forth in the bid specs attached.
Work will commence no later than July 1, 2018 with a completion date no later than August 10, 2018. A non-complete by date penalty is in place.
Bid Packets are now available, either by e-mail, by mail or pickup in hard copy from the Cornish School SAU office at the Cornish School. Bid packets include:
- Invitation to bid letter
- Scope of work detail with requirements and specifications
A pre-bid meeting to inspect building projects can be arranged by contacting the SAU office. Bids must be received by 1:00 PM Thursday May 31, 2018 to be considered. CES reserves the right to reject any/all bids, and will not select the winning bid solely on low bid. Instead, the facilities team will use an open bidding process where applicants are scored against a matrix. Applicable information is detailed in the scope of work document.
