Dear Parents,

Happy Star Wars Day!  “May the 4th Be With You!”  It’s time to order your Yearbook!  Please go online to order your copy:   Also, if you have photos from school events to share, you can send them through or directly to Kate Barber via email:  Attached to this letter are fliers for more information on orders and advertisements.

They’re ba-a-a-a-ack!  With everyone heading outdoors to enjoy the warmer weather, we are already seeing ticks and have pulled a few off legs and arms already.  Please be on the lookout for these and utilize preventive techniques wherever possible.

Mark Your Calendars for upcoming events next week and beyond:

May 2 – 31:  Jump rope/Shoot Hoops heart-healthy campaign

May 8:  Staff Appreciation Day

May 9:  School Nurse Appreciation Day

May 10: Title I meeting and breakfast; Grade 1 & 2 Field Trip to Billings Farm/Museum

May 12: Our Robotics Team will be competing in Nashua.  Go Robocats!

May 14“Muffins for Moms, Donuts for Dads” – calling all parents: please bring your child to the cafeteria and then join us in the staff workroom for a continental breakfast and conversation from 7:30-8:10 am.

We will have a number of other year-end events and celebrations, including a Field Day and Barbecue for all students on the 20th.  In addition to regularly scheduled class field trips, the entire Lower Wing will have a final year-end trip to the Montshire Museum on June 13; and the Upper Wing students will head to the NH Seacoast Science Center June 18.

The Abbey Group has mailed out some overdue invoices for charges that have accrued for student meals.  Thank you for responding promptly if you receive one of these notices.

Have a wonderful weekend; warmest regards,
