About Ms. Jones

Hi there, I'm Ms. Jones, our school's library media specialist. I work with grades K-8 on library, research, and media literacy skills. Some of my other responsibilities include maintaining our school library collection, providing technology support and integration on an as needed basis, and providing resources to teachers and students. I also maintain our school website, manage our student information system, and help coordinate district and state testing. 

I earned my BS in Elementary Ed. from Plymouth State University in 2013, and my master's degree in Library Science from University of Kentucky in 2019. I am also a Level I Google Certified Educator. My hobbies include reading (I see your shocked expression), memes, fretting over my houseplants, and getting outside. I'm an animal lover, and during the summer I work at a farm with alpacas, cows, chickens, rabbits, and three fluffy barn kitties.
