Alexys Wilbur has been a member of the Cornish School Board since 2017. She is from a family of educators, and although she did not follow the same path, her experience has instilled a deep respect for all that is involved in educating children. Alexys has her own business, Ideamill, which applies a human-centered design approach to the development of products and interfaces. She has lived in Cornish for 13 years alongside husband and family. As her children (ages 8 and 4) have begun to experience school, she has felt the great warmth and strength of the community, and hopes to help share that with others.

Melissa volunteers with the Four Winds Program for the Cornish Elementary School.

She and her husband Joe have lived in Cornish since 1985 and sent their two children, Jaime and Ian, through the Cornish Elementary School. They are now grandparents to Jacob and Tobias Saginor.
